Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of DevoraTemplates (the "Service"), operated by DevoraTemplates ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account, purchasing a template, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@devoratemplates.com if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

2. Products and Pricing

DevoraTemplates sells digital website templates and related digital goods. Prices shown at checkout are final at the time of purchase. We may add, remove, or change the price of templates at any time; changes will not affect orders already completed.

3. Custom Template Requests

Custom template requests are quoted individually after submission. Once a price is set, payment is split into two parts: a 50% deposit to begin work, and the remaining 50% due before the finished template is unlocked for download. Estimated completion times shown in your dashboard are approximate and not guaranteed delivery dates.

4. Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal. By making a purchase, you agree to PayPal's own terms of service in addition to these Terms. We do not store your full payment card or PayPal account credentials.

5. License and Usage Rights

When you purchase a template, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own personal or commercial projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, or claim a purchased template (or a custom-built template) as your own original work for resale to third parties.

6. Refunds

Because templates are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase, all sales are final once a download link has been issued, except where required by law. For custom requests, a deposit may be refunded only if work has not yet started; once development has begun, the deposit is non-refundable. Contact support@devoratemplates.com if you believe you received a defective or significantly different template than described.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to bypass payment or access controls, uploading malicious files, or interfering with other users' accounts or data.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service and request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

9. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Service and all templates are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DevoraTemplates is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or any template purchased through it.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
